Using this website

This website is provided by Summit Pipe & Drain to share information about our services and to let you request an estimate or service. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

Estimates and pricing

Prices and ranges shown on this website are typical figures for general information. They are not quotes. The price for your job is set in the written estimate we give you after we have seen the problem, and that estimate is what applies.

Scheduling and service

Arrival windows are estimates. Traffic, weather and earlier jobs can change them, and we will call if we are running late. You agree to give our plumbers safe access to the work area and to tell us about any hazards we should know about.

Payment

Payment is due when the work is complete unless we have agreed to different terms in writing. We accept the payment methods listed on your estimate or invoice. Financing, where offered, is subject to approval and the lender's terms.

Guarantee

Our work is guaranteed as described on your invoice. The guarantee does not cover damage caused by misuse, lack of maintenance, other contractors, or events outside our control.

Limits of liability

The information on this site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses that result from relying on general information on the site instead of a written estimate from us.
