Ray Alvarado
Owner and master plumber
Ray runs the shop and still takes service calls himself. He does the sewer line and repipe estimates, and he is the person to ask when a job does not look like the usual one.
Kelsey Brandt
Lead service plumber
Kelsey handles most of our water heater and leak calls. She has a knack for explaining a problem to a worried homeowner in plain words, and she leaves job sites cleaner than she found them.
Tyler Nguyen
Apprentice plumber
Tyler is working toward his journeyman license. He rides with senior plumbers, runs the drain cameras and keeps the trucks stocked, and he is quick to ask a question before he guesses.
Joanne Pruitt
Office manager
Joanne is usually the voice you hear when you call. She schedules the crews, sorts out arrival windows and makes sure your estimate and invoice say exactly what was agreed.
